Josephat Saronge is a professional educator and a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) specialist with a strong background in educational leadership, management, and project monitoring and evaluation. In the past, Saronge has held various positions:

Worked with LVCT HEALTH(LVCT) Non-governmental organization, for 4 years, where he served as data officer and finally as Strategic and Information Officer (SIO), supporting more than seven counties in Central and Eastern regions.
Worked with Partners for Health and Development in Africa (PHDA) –a Non-governmental organization for 6 months as Monitoring and Evaluation(M&E) Intern and Locum

Worked with Treshaw International School (Cambridge IGCSE) as the principal of the primary Division for one year.

Worked with Karura SDA school for 10 years, serving as a Classroom teacher, Head of Department, Deputy Head Teacher, and finally serving as the head teacher of the primary section for 7 years.

Worked with Kiirua SDA Primary School for 1 and a half years, serving as a classroom teacher, Deputy Head-teacher, and finally as a Head-teacher.
